Pianist Jordan Neiman is an active teacher and performer in Cincinnati, Ohio. Raised in Kalispell, Montana, he moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina at age 17 to study piano with Clifton Matthews at the North Carolina School of the Arts. He received his master’s degree and Graduate Performance Diploma at the Boston Conservatory with Ms. Jung-Ja Kim where he was the winner of the H. Wilfred Churchill Piano Competition in 2013. Jordan has played concerts and recitals around the South, the Pacific Northwest, New England, New York, Canada and Switzerland. As a graduate student, Neiman attended Pianofest in the Hamptons with Paul Schenly. He is currently pursuing the Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) with Awadagin Pratt. In addition to his studies at CCM, he maintains a full-time teaching schedule and is the organist at the Holy Trinity-Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
